This felt very much like the last longer one before winter sets in. Thanks to Juliet and Hywel - lovely company, lovely day - the sun even shone! Truss's Island deserted - a previous time I had been here the car was filled by black cars and drivers waiting to pick up people from Heathrow Airport.
