Venetian rowing up to University Parks, then a pleasant swim up and gentle float down. Stand-up rowing isn't the easiest, but hugely rewarding. Followed by a picnic in the boat. Despite being a sizable city, Oxford doesn't face onto the water as much as would be nicer - but at the back of the University Park, the Cherwell does its best to be jungle-y in July.
